Fall Wardrobe Refresh: Simons

Simon's has always been one of my must-visit stores to visit whenever I visit Montreal, and I was super excited when Simons shops opened up in Ontario.

Recently, I had the chance to try out some pieces from their Twik line through Chick Advisor.  Here's my picks:

TWIK ACCENT-RUFFLE LYOCELL BLOUSE 

This denim blouse is the absolute perfect item for fall. The material is softer than denim, but has that rustic look, while the ruffle dresses up the look a little! This shirt goes perfectly with black jeans and a bootie, and is a great length for tucking into a high waisted pant. The fabric does wrinkle a little after washing, but hanging it to dry was the perfect solution. This has become my go to top for weekend outings in the city!

TWIK OPENWORK MEDALLION MOCK-NECK

This mock-neck top comes in white, pink and navy. I went with the navy option (the perfect colour year round!) It is the perfect combination of practical with the lace-like detail adding a feminine twist to the more traditional turtle neck. 

I wore it with some highwasited jeans, and it looks great with a high ponytail.
